Lotuses all over the place, obviously. Most of IRL east Asia has at least some shared flower language, so there's probably a lot of overlap, in the same way that many bits of the Inner Sea have shared flower symbolism and importance.
Besides that, I'd also expect to see Minkai with a bunch of cherry blossoms, based on the cultural inspirations. Spider lillies in Shenmen, too.
For Hwanggot, apparently the Godsrain transformed an area in the region into the dusk gardens, which grant flowers magical powers based on their colours, so I suspect they're having a shake-up on whatever symbolism already existed - and the flag of Hwanggot shows a circle of flowers in various colours, I bet there were a lot of options already. Considering real Korea has the anthea flower as their national symbol, I'd probably include Hibisca syriacus somewhere - it's really pretty, too.
