Hey everyone,

I wanted to share something I’ve been working on for the last few months that’s turned out to be really useful for my own group, and I hope it might help some of you too.
A while back our gaming group went back to Pathfinder 1e after spending some time with 2e, and annoyingly there wasn’t really a online tool that felt right for 1st Edition. So I built a character generator for my friends and me. It grew from there. My DM kept asking for more campaign-management features, and after a lot of “encouragement” from the rest of the group I cleaned everything up into something anyone can use.
PF1e Campaigner is a web-based tool (works in any browser) that combines:

- Full character sheets with a rules engine covering the main rulebooks (races, classes, archetypes, feats, spells, items, etc.)
- A live combat tracker with realtime sync across the table, initiative, conditions, HP tracking, and pre-built encounters
- Party tools (shared maps, treasure ledger with audit log, session scheduler, delegation for absent players)
- Homebrew support and the ability to toggle which sourcebooks are active per campaign
- A character generator wizard plus a couple of AI-assisted tools (more for fun than anything serious)

The whole thing started as a labour of love for our own games. The goal was not to make money and I’ve kept pricing as low as possible, really just enough to cover server costs. There’s a free tier so you can try building a character and see how it feels before deciding whether the Pro features are worth it for your group. I've made it free for one month too so you can tryout out a couple of times in your campaign - then a whopping £1/month!! lol - cancel any time :-)

I’ve tried to make it as flexible as possible for different playstyles and house rules, but it’s still early days. There will be bugs, and I’ll be fixing them as fast as I can when they’re reported. I’ve also deliberately focused on the core rulebooks for now rather than most Adventure Paths (partly because 1e gets very breakable in the hands of dedicated min-maxers, and I wanted to keep the scope manageable). If the tool finds an audience I’d be happy to expand it further based on what people actually want.

You can find it here:

I’d love to hear what you think — whether it’s useful, what’s missing, what’s broken, or what you’d like to see added. Feedback from actual 1e tables is incredibly valuable to me.

Thanks for reading, and I hope it helps some of you run smoother (or at least less spreadsheet-heavy) games.

Cheers!

Negotius.
