If someone has already discussed/reported on my question; mea culpa.
Once all PFS 2 scenarios are replayable, will APC spent on Replay Boons be refunded?
I know that something was done for players who had spent APC to play Tengus, after they became a Core Ancestry, but I do not recall what exactly...

I don't see why they should refund the ACP. I mean, the benefit was being able to replay the scenario well before the full replays were announced.
An unwarranted assumption. I used one replay yesterday, before starting this thread.
It was early access, not something that should be refunded.
"It was early access" also describes the purchase of the Tengu ancestry. Which was compensated (but not refunded). Why not this, since a precedent has been established?
Edit: also "not something that should be refunded" is an assertion upon your part, not Paizo Policy. Part of the purpose of this thread is to flag Paizo's attention to this issue.
Paizo will (eventually) address this issue. But with the lay-offs, probably not soon.

I do not believe the boon store's backend could suport a mass refund. They might change the text of the replay boon, but I'm not sure they'd want to hand out free resurrections that could potentially stack several times.
Replay boons will also still have a niche use for replaying old non-society content of 4 XP or less, like Free RPG Day adventures, the boxed adventures, and the Dark Archive quests.
