In Starfinder 2e, how is throwing a grenade (and other Attack actions with DCs) affected by the multiple attack penalty (MAP)? Does the DC decrease?
Nope! It's a good option to use after a strike because of that. That allows Soldiers to make their Primary Target strike, then do an Area-Fire with no penalty.
