The Analyst Quantum Field let you:
Quantum Field When you Seek or Recall Knowledge, you can apply the result against two related creatures, hazards, unattended objects, and effects in your quantum field. Whenever you Sustain your quantum field, you can Seek or Recall Knowledge against a target in your quantum field as a free action.
Does allow you to Recall Knowledge on creatures in your Quantum Field, but not in your line of sight?
When it says:
you can apply the result against two related creatures, hazards, or unattended objects. What does "related" mean? For seek, I'm guessing that's just any 2 hidden creatures or things. But for Knowledge dose that mean creatures that would use the same skill check for Knowledge?
Similarly, with Isolated Spell Matrix:
If the next action you use is to Cast a Spell that has a range, increase the spell’s range to 100 feet. That spell only affects targets inside your quantum field, and the area of the spell doesn’t extend beyond your quantum field.
I'm guessing you need line of sight to cast the spell, although a creature in your Quantum Field, but not in line of sight, could still be affected by area damage or effect within the Quantum Field?

I don't think either of these are intended to remove the line of sight or line of effect requirements. Though that can be debatable and relaxed in certain narrative situations.
The Quantum Field itself also has both range requirements and line of effect requirements.
Area effects generally don't need line of sight directly to the target - only to the origin point of the effect. So there is definitely some wiggle room there for casting an AoE spell into your Quantum Field to hit a target that you can't see, or that is around a corner, or even a second enemy that you don't even know is there.
When Analyst says:

That looks very undefined to me. So probably left up to table adjudication for what is related enough to qualify.
So for Seek, I might decide that the two need to both be creatures or both be unattended objects. You couldn't Seek and detect both a hidden Hazard and a hidden Creature. For Recall Knowledge, I might decide that both targets need to be Humanoid or both be Dragons or something more closely related. But again, that is all subjective and is going to vary between tables.
