Pathfinder Lost Omens, Rulebook Subscriber

On 23 March I raised a ticked because my Lost Omens subscription had not processed. On 28 March I was told to follow a link and purchase a copy of the book directly so that the PDF could be added my account. I did that, got confirmation, got the PDF added. Today I got an email that I was charged again for the same book, including international shipping.

I have raised another ticket. I have yet to have a subscription processed accurately or correctly since the launch of the new storefront.

Thank you, the second order has been cancelled and the charge refunded.

I feel Paizo's customer service, while excellent, is being overworked by having to adapt to the store errors.
