We're seeing very strong demand for the Spring Cleaning Sale on the Paizo Store. Because of that, we're seeing shipping times that are up to 10 days now. We had a few team members out last week, and we've brought on an extra hand for the next few weeks to work our way quickly through the rush of orders.
We've also received the reprint of Dark Archive, so if you're waiting on that order you should start seeing those go out this week as well.
If you see Awaiting Fulfillment as your order status, it means that your order is with the warehouse team. There is no need to contact the Customer Service team unless you need to cancel your order.
The team is working on orders as they come in, and we hope to get caught up over the next week or so. Thanks again for all your support of Paizo.
