What are the awesome and funny victories your PCs have had?

For us, it was defeating the overpowered psychotic sorcereress by pushing a folding boat out of a tower window to crash down on her head several floors below.

Another one was defeating a reoccurring villain who, when defeated, would melt and drain away only to reappear stronger than ever in the next campaign arc. The third time we beat him and he began his transformation, one of the players was quick to shout "Quick! Get out the bread!" We mopped up the villain with an absorbent loaf of bread, then stuck it in an air tight jar until he suffocated and died.

An older encounter involved a green dragon that completely thrashed the whole party, only to have one PC's underleveled NPC cohort crit with a frost bow, dealing enough damage to trigger massive damage and kill the dragon outright.

Prisoners of the Blight intended for the party to fight the ancient fungal black dragon Naphexi in order to obtain a ring-shaped piece of the disassembled artifact called Dryad’s Song. Instead, the party arrived with a letter of introduction from the adult black dragon Ibzairiak, who was trying to woo Naphexi and had made a treaty with the party. Arrogant Naphexi viewed the party as servants rather than diplomats, but the party played along with that.

The following morning the party cooked breakfast for Naphexi using a mithral waffle iron they had obtained on a homebrew side quest. Fifteenth-level ranger Zinfandel was trained in Cooking Lore, so breakfast was delicious.

Breakfast was also a distraction. The rogue Binny sneaked over to Naphexi's strongbox, disarmed its trap, unlocked it, stole the ring, and restored the lockbox to its original state. Naphexi did not learn that she was robbed until after Dryad's Song was reassembled.

Naphexi sent the party off on an errand. They left not to run the errand but to resume their quest.
