My players met Kundal (a werewolf), but he turned out to be too strong for them (two crit greatly reduces morale), which is why the players decided to retreat. As a result, Kundal escaped, and one of the PC became infected.
Do you have any ideas (or official sources) on how to cure lycanthropy? What should I tell the players?

Whelp, I had a similar issue... except it was two of my players. Suffice to say, Lycanthropy's a curse, & curses can be counteracted via a HEIGHTENED 4th level Cast of Cleanse Affliction. At that point in the book, they probably don't have that kind of magic. Also, none of the spellcasting NPCs they would have met would be that strong either...However, Restov (a level 9 settlement) should have Spellcasters for hire, & a service like that costs ~40gp (maybe more if you'd prefer avoiding a scandal). I personally treated a town-leader getting lycanthropy as a scandal, fuel for Grigori to scorn them later, but that's up to you on how to play that.
I recall that the murders happen on the last night of a full moon, so your players have a month to call in favors, scrounge up gold, & boogey to Restov to cure themselves.
As for who they hire & how they go about finding their hired spellcaster, there's as much or as little details as you want. My players purposely sought out a head priest at a church, whom they later owed favors to.
The other option is that it gets used as a cool roleplaying moment, or even becomes part of their Character Build.
