How do we opt out of subscription items we don't want? Specifically, the Dark Archive remastered book.

Well the time has already passed for that one, but there is an option under your subscription manager, under more options "skip product"

Why has the time passed? I had no inkling that I was going to be charged for the remastered version of a book I already have!

Check the email you have registered to the store page, and check your junk email.

You should have gotten a notice 5 days before the charge date that you could log into the store and update any of your upcoming subscription items.

Mine came on 1/19/26 with the subject "Your next subscription order is coming up soon!" it lists out the products and a link to the subscription manager. If you aren't getting THAT email then you need to make sure your email address on the store is correct and contact customer support because that is the proper notification for upcoming charges. We have 5 days to update our orders from that monthly notice.

They are not posting upcoming subscription items monthly the way they used to in the announcements forum. If they did that in tandem with this then I don't think people would be as confused as they are, but they haven't responded to people requesting to bring back the monthly product updates.
