Was this map supposed to release with this month's subscriptions (with a street date of Feb. 4th)? It was not in my subscription order if it was supposed to be. The next map release according to the subscription is in March. The reason I'm wondering is that I would have gotten the digital version with my subscription, but now I'll have to buy both the physical and digital version if it gets skipped by the subscription.

This sounds like it could be an issue with your subscription! Please reach out to Customer Service about it at customer.service@paizo.com so they can investigate what's up!

I have the same issue, and I've already written to customer service 6 days ago, but haven't heard back from them. In the meantime my subscription shipment for this month has already arrived in Germany – without the map, of course.

Was the map actually released? Or is this a problem with the map subscription. That subscription had been missing from my list of subscriptions after the shop migration, and I had to resubscribe. This has by now twice resulted in the Pathfinder map being sent in a separate shipment from the rest of my subscriptions, and my subscription page looks like this will happen again in March. I hope this can be resolved.

There definitely seems to be some glitches with the map subscriptions. I have been in contact with the wonderful Customer Service team and hopefully have it sorted.

I had this problem as well. I noticed it early on, wrote customer service and was told to unsubscribe and then resubscribe as that should fix it. I did so and it was never fixed apparently as I do not have the flip-map and was not charged for it.

That's weird! Have you contacted them again and let them know the troubleshooting didn't work so they can keep trying to help you?

Looks like I'm in the same boat. I'll continue my correspondence with CS.

Same thing happened here. I'll contact CS and let them know, but something seems to have gone wrong here.
