Can barbarians rage in heavy armor. Other than not having proficiency are there any other hindrances?

Only the Fast Movement ability (and the Dragon Totem Wings rage power) are shut down by wearing heavy armor.

There is even the armored hulk archetype that gains proficiency with heavy armor, with increased movement (+5 ft at 2nd, improving to +10 ft at 5th level) too!
