I'm having a problem where I created a new account for the new site FG is saying I have no Paizo purchases in Fantasy Grounds to sync now so I'm trying to figure my way around this as I have quite the backlog of purchases in the legacy library.
Seems ridiculous that we're a month in on this change and nothing has has been done regarding accounts/libraries/syncing when there's money to be made by other companies and the customer experience has been atrocious given the fact we haven't been able to make certain purchases during the height of discount season.
This is the first time I've seen a rollout like this in my thirty years doing IT where the customer is made to make changes on their end (create an separate account) and then there's still issues. Almost like there was no test environment rollout beforehand and we're playing in a sandbox where ideas are half-realized.
Is there a timeline to the end of this insanity? Are we stuck in limbo until whomever is in charge decides to announce its been fixed?
Minimum, I hope whoever made this decision is being held accountable for the mess they've made.
