Hi,
I have a few questions about the second edition animal / Battle forms / polymorph in general.
Which gear / abilities are still working in a polymorphed state?
it states that the "constant" abilities of your gear are still functioning.
Do your weapon upgrades from your “hardlight handwraps” are working, i mean something like a "flaming module" or the "merciful" upgrade.
Does your environmental protection still on from your armor?
And can you activate armor upgrades like a "force field" or is an activated force field still working?
And can your argumentations still working? Is telepathy / limited telepathy possible?
Can you use language dependent abilities through telepathy this way?
And lastly does the “fleet” feat adds to the animal forms fixed speed changes?

If you take on a battle form with a polymorph spell, the special statistics can be adjusted only by circumstance bonuses, status bonuses, and penalties. Unless otherwise noted, the battle form prevents you from casting spells, speaking, and using most manipulate actions that require hands. (If there's doubt about whether you can use an action, the GM decides.) Your gear is absorbed into you; the constant abilities of your gear still function, but you can't activate any items.
Constant abilities are the ones that are not activated. So you couldn't activate a force field after Polymorph, but if the effect is already active it could be considered permanent enough to continue working for its normal duration.
Polymorph battle forms are also generally considered to be incompatible with damage dice increasing equipment. In PF2 that would be Striking runes and in Starfinder2e it would be the damage dice from your weapon grade. Handwraps would also fall into that category. You don't get to double dip and have the multiple dice of damage from a Polymorph spell and then add extra dice from equipment on top of that.
I don't remember exactly what the typical ruling is for weapon augmentations on weapons. Probably since you aren't using that weapon for your attacks any more, the effects from equipment on that weapon also wouldn't apply.
Telepathy doesn't appear to be restricted. It would still have the normal restrictions for the telepathy version that the character has.
In general, if a battle form specifies a value for something, you use that value. If it doesn't specify a value for something, you use what is on your character sheet after removing item bonuses. There are some exceptions, but those should be spelled out rather explicitly.

I would agree with that. It would be a permanent effect from your equipment that isn't overridden by the stats of the battle form.
So for example, if you have Hardlight Handwraps with Ghost Killer upgrade on them, that would apply to your polymorphed unarmed attacks.
