$off Gold Rewards Available on the Rewards Page

Due to an exploit with the Paizo Plus system, we have temporarily turned off the ability to use $off coupons purchased with gold for digital products. Once we have resolved this exploit, we will turn them back on.

Update: Coupons are once again available to use, but we have removed them from the checkout dropdown menu until we make some changes. You can copy-paste your codes from the Paizo Plus rewards page into the coupon field at checkout.

Oh, that might be why my coupon didn't work then. Maybe that message should be sent vs the generic error that I got. Now I have a coupon I don't know how to use and a request to support to refund it if they can.

Yeah. I understand the need to resolve this, but a more specific message would have been appreciated. Do gold redemptions expire? I don't know when my next purchase will be.

I would like a confirmation but it seems that my gold I acquired from my purchase yesterday appears to expire in Jan 2026. Kinda short, IMO.

It's 1 year from the date you acquired it. If you're seeing 1/12/2026, it's because the expiry date (specifically) is being shown in Day/Month/Year format.

I see Jim's update above, but I still show the same error that I need to spend $470.04 more to be able to use my gold coupon code. Is this still being worked on? Thanks!

I'm still getting "Your order does not meet the minimum total for this coupon code to be applied. Please spend another $476.03 first."

If you see that you've spent 50 gold (for $10 off Society) or 100 gold (for $20 Off Society) and you're still getting the error that you haven't spent enough to qualify, please contact CS and we'll refund your gold to you so you can purchase a new coupon.
