Confused with Mixed Heritage at Organize Play

I've started playing PF 2E with Organize Play recently.
When I read the rules and saw the list from boons
there is no list purchasing 'Mixed Heritage'

So the question is
If I want to play mixed heritage (like catfolk + ratfolk or Kholo + Human)
is it okay to make mixed heritage at Organize Play?

The Mixed Heritage optional rules are NOT available for use in Organized Play at all at this time.

To make Kyrand's post 100% clear because the TTRPG is full of pedants*, the custom Mixed Heritage rules are not used in Organized Play. The Aiuvarin and Dromaar versatile heritages are available to all players.

*Including me sometimes
