I just downloaded the Alien Core PDF both the single-file and File-per-chapter versions and compared it with my download from the old Downloads and I've noticed a few issues:

1. Single-file and File-per-chapter versions have identical name so you can't determine which is which until you download it

2. Single-file is downloaded as a PDF which in some browsers will open in the browser. Which makes, saving it to a file require quite a few clicks

3. File-per-chapter IS in a zipfile but the name of the file is no longer the nicely labeled

4. In both instances the PDFs were missing the header & footers that contained my user information. Have you stopped digitally signing content to the purchaser?

Finally this is more a criticism than an issue but removing free content from my downloads is really inconvenient. Now I can no longer tell if that content has been updated since I last downloaded it.

I came to see if someone had mentioned #1. Thank you for reporting the issue. I second that it is an annoyance and seems like a bug.

I especially dislike that it's redirecting to an AWS-hosted version when I try to open it. I know hosting is expensive, and AWS is the service "everybody uses," and Paizo have been apparently using it for a while, but man it sure makes supporting Paizo less ethical.

I will add to that some points:

- Downloading all files on the page results in downloading up to 60% of them (30/50), and there's no way to tell which ones were downloaded bc of the labeling issue (UUID instead of nice filenames for ZIPs). And this is random: sometimes 25/50, sometimes 26, 28... no rule here. And in semi-random order (always the same file ordering, but not the one on the page listing)

- The newly added products from the bundles overwrite the old content, so suddenly I have Player Core added today, tho I had it added in the past. Now, it shows as if I got it today only.

I really don't understand how one would go with such a poor-quality product, like this store. The library is working worse than the pages in the 2000s.

Any views on fixing that? Or did Paizo decide to ignore their long-term customers/players completely?
