Question about Second City in the Absurdity

I have a lore question for a homebrew campaign I am working on in the Absurdity. In one section of the galaxy guide it says that Second City is in the shadow of Khibat, an Invemi city and access point to Creations forge. Then later in the Ports of Call section it says that Second City is in the shadow of the City of High Ealiat. Are these two names for the same place or different places or is this just an error?

Shadows can overlap or change over the course of a day or year, so both can be true. Also, in a place called the Absurdity, I wouldn't be surprised if physics somehow works differently. In SF1e, the Absurdity was just a name on a map, so all the lore we have on the Absurdity so far is in the Galaxy Guide. Sidenote: The absurdity came from Thurston Hillman's Howbrew game. That's all we know so far.
