Avenging Runelord Dedication error

There appears to be an error with the Avenging Runelord Dedication presented in book 1 of the AP.

It states:

You have familiarity with common weapons in the polearm and spear weapon groups—for the purposes of proficiency, you treat any of these that are martial weapons as common weapons. When your proficiency for simple weapons and any that are advanced weapons as martial weapons.

It looks like they were trying to write this effect two different ways and left it unfinished. "You treat [...] martial weapons as common weapons." reads very strangely to me, and "When your proficiency for simple weapons and any that are advanced weapons as martial weapons." is obviously meaningless.

I presume it's intended to be like the Archer Dedication, or perhaps the Runelord Wizard school?

I'd like some clarification on exactly how this is intended to work, as the FoundryVTT system has just given the dedication no proficiency rules and I'd like to fix it myself as I have a player intending to use this destiny.

Yeah, not sure how that weird error crept into the final text... my guess is that there was a weird copy/paste thing happening late in the process when we tried to bring this in sync with the Runelord archetype from Rival Academies. It should work the same as for the runelord archetype in any case, so if you already have this archetype, this particular benefit from the Avenging Runelord overlaps with that.
