Can't place my order!

I can't seem to actually place my order for Dark archive. Each time i go through the process, it tells me I "dont have access" to reach the actual final page where it gives me my stuff, and the order never goes through. Anything that can be done to assist would be appreciated.

I am having the same issue attempting to purchase the PDF of Battlecry! I can add the hardcover to my cart without issue but the PDF takes me to a "you are not authorized to be here" page.

I tried getting Era of the Eclipse PDF and had this issue. I put in a support ticket for it two days ago and haven't heard back.

Edit: I was able to complete the purchase on Firefox, but I can't download it off of Firefox.

Edit 2: Ok, now I can get it off of Firefox. Not sure why it was so buggy before.
