Where can I find the Pathfinder Organized Play reporting sheets?

I've looked everywhere. The link on the Beginner's Box is dead, and none of the search results come up with the actual sheets. I know they exist, but I can't find them.

Also, how do I report XP and gold gains from a game? There's nothing online.

If you are looking for the reporting sheets for a normal scenario, they are found in the back of the scenario, normally the third last page.

You do not report the gold and XP gains online, they are recorded on the Chronicle sheets that you hand out to each player (and yourself if you are the GM). The chronicle sheet for the scenario is found as the last page of the scenario.
