Can you convert your PF1 character to PF2

I have not played PFS in a while. Is it possible for me to convert my 3rd level PF1 PFS character to a 3rd level PF2 PFS character? If not is all my PF1 fame worthless as I do not plane on going back to PF1.

Sorry to tell you, but PFS2 is a completely new campaign, so you cannot port your character or fame across, you will need to start again at 1st level. In fact fame is not a thing in PFS2.
