PFS Automaton access Jistka?

As the title.

Can an Automaton character begin play speaking Jistka?

“At the GM's discretion, if you still have memories from your time in Jistka, you might speak Jistka instead of Common.”

AoN lists Jistkan as an Uncommon language. The rules for Organized Play (link) states that all uncommon languages are available to them.

So I'd say you still have to learn common (see link above), but you can freely select Jistkan as an additional language - probably even as you bonus regional language.

Jistkan does not have the Uncommon tag. But Jistka is Rare?

Which is it? And are they the same?

Unfortunately, as far as I can see, you can't get access to the language in PFS, probably because it's been dead for more than 6000 years. Going by the access icons on Archives of Nethys, there are currently no boons that give access either.

I don't think that's something AoN ever shows.

Well it doesn't show the specific boon you need, but it generally shows the standard/ limited/ restricted icons.

AoN has no symbol next to Jistkan.

As far as I can tell the only reference to it as a language in Bestiary2 is as a language for 2 creatures.

Not enough to be accessible as a language to choose in PFS.
