I saw the email that the Community Use Package: Pathfinder Remaster Iconics Pregenerated Characters is updated. I tried to download it and I only get 1 folder, "Level 5" and there is only one character sheet in it. When I try to open the sheet I get and error message: "Adobe Acrobat could not open 'Pregens_Sajan-Lvl5.pdf' because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded)."
Just wanted to let you know.

Hey Dragoness31! I just downloaded mine from the website, and it worked just fine! Are you still having these issues? Have you tried clicking "Problems downloading this file? Click here." to reset your download and then downloading it again? If it still doesn't work after that, please reach out to the Customer Service Team via customer.service@paizo.com so they can help you!
