It’s a very powerful Imperial dragon, but which variety?

Is it a powerful Sovereign dragon or maybe even a unique kind?

FotRP Spoilers:
The art of it in Fists of the Ruby Phoenix looks closest to a Sovereign Dragon to me. Its not treated like something that would have a stat block in that adventure though, so can't be certain.
