Missing books in My Downloads?

As the title states, I wanted to redownload an old PDF that seemed to have gotten cleared out along with junk data on my hard drive, but when I went to My Downloads, it was missing there as well. As are a few others and I'm perplexed how this could happen?

Not to necro an old post, but was this ever resolved because I just went to do the same thing and I see I am missing TONS of content in My Downloads from the old 1st edition Adventure Paths.

I think I'm missing all of my PF1 purchases now in my digital content library.

Same here - it seems, all my purchases from before 2020 are gone?! Is this intentional?

I am missing all my foundry modules... didn't check books yet...too much to check there

I thought I was missing some of my content too, but apparently there are two places from which you can access your digital content:

One is via the store page -> your account -> library

This does not contain anything purchased before 2020.

The other is via the Paizo main page -> my account -> digital content
link:
https://paizo.com/paizo/account/assets
There I found all my purchases.
