Kholo / Khopesh access

From Player Core 2, the kholo ancestry feat Kholo Weapon Familiarity says, in part:

"You gain access to all uncommon weapons with the kholo trait. You have familiarity with weapons with the kholo trait, plus the flail, khopesh, mambele, and war flail..."

This is templated differently than the Tengu Weapon Familiarity ancestry feat from the same source book, which says, again in part:

"You gain access to all uncommon weapons with the tengu trait plus the katana, khakkara, temple sword, and wakizashi. You have familiarity with these weapons..."

The [Ancestry] Weapon Familiarity feats for the catfolk, hobgoblin, kobold, and tripkee are templated like the kholo feat; however none of those feats grant familiarity in a specifically-named weapon that is Uncommon. For completion, the iruxi/lizardfolk and ratfolk do not have an equivalent feat.

The khopesh and mambele are Uncommon weapons reprinted in Player Core 2. Neither weapon has the kholo trait (the spirit thrasher is the only such weapon at this time). A strict reading suggests that a kholo with the feat does not gain access to the khopesh and mambele, merely familiarity with them. However, I feel that's likely an editorial oversight; the only other ancestry in the book whose Weapon Familiar feat names specific Uncommon weapons is the tengu one, and it explicitly grants access. Perhaps the editorial team's kholo-in-residence simply overlooked that the khopesh and mambele are Uncommon.

Obviously, table variation and all that. But, in general, for Organized Play purposes, is it reasonable for a kholo with Kholo Weapon Familiarity to have access to the khopesh?
