Amid discussions about assorted boons the other day, several of those involved realized that we had a question regarding Downtime.
Specifically, whether or not downtime days had to be spent between scenarios or if they were another currency that could be backed for later use.
I lean toward the former (use 'em or lose 'em), but I agreed that the text in the Lorespire document didn't specifically address this issue.
Did I miss something critical, or was there clarification provided elsewhere?

AHa - it was handled in a different section of the Lorespire document.
From the Applying Credit section
"Normally, Chronicles are applied as soon as they are issued. Apply all Chronicle rewards, Downtime, and ongoing effects and conditions to the character. This must be done before the character’s next game.

What prompted my question were comments made by some of the folks I game with, that they just hadn't been using their Downtime except for retraining instances and were accumulating it for special situations.
When I pointed out the Off-Hours Study boon, they had planned to dump Downtime days from multiple prior missions for immediate effect.
I'm glad to find that that wasn't a possibility.
