I am prepping this on short notice, though I could manage to watch the stream where TMun ran it for Jenny and Jon Compton, so I am already a bit familiar with it.
My one big question is regarding the Shimmerstone Exposure disease:
SHIMMERSTONE EXPOSURE
The shimmerstone in Shim-Tek mine is corrupted, and
prolonged exposure to it stokes feelings of aggression,
anger, and frustration. This functions as a disease.
SHIMMERSTONE RAGE
RARE DISEASE MAGICAL
Creatures exposed to corrupted shimmerstone risk
becoming overcome by anger and violently attacking
nearby people and objects.
Saving Throw DC 30 Fortitude; Onset 1 hour; Stage
1 stupefied 1 (1 hour); Stage 2 stupefied 2 (1 hour);
Stage 3 stupefied 3 (1 hour); Stage 4 stupefied 4 and
confused (1 hour)
Unfortunately, the scenario is unclear how often exposure happens and what level the disease is (relevant for counteracting it). The DC would be correct for a level 12 affliction/disease (and that seems compare well to the level 11 Brain Worms disease on page 89 of GM core that uses the standard level 11 DC).
Since multiple exposures to the same disease have no effect (source player core page 430) it might not matter too much if the players are fast, though the stupefied condition will be very brutal for any spellcaster.

Hi Sebastian!
That's a great question. Treat the disease as level 12. Exposure occurs each time a creature has significant contact with red shimmerstone, and once per hour with constant exposure to the material.
For example, a creature carrying around a chunk of shimmerstone in their pack or down in the central pit (final map of the adventure) would need to make a save the first time they picked up the shimmerstone or went into the pit, and then every hour they continued carrying it or stayed down in the pit.
All of this is subject to GM discretion. Do what's best for your game and players. The intent was to create a perilous situation that encourages characters to be fast and rewards those who figure out that something's gone wrong with the shimmerstone, while creating an unexpected consequence for those who don't take the proper precautions.
Hope this helps!

Does anyone have a folder (preferably .json for foundry) of pregens for this scenario?
Hit me up on Discord (user name = Kishmo there, too.) I have PDFs for some community-created lvl 15 pregens. It's not quite there, but I also have lvl 10 Foundry JSONs for Obozaya, Chk Chk, and Iseph - it's a start, at least?
