Stupid question: now that Specials like Blessing of the Forest are available for general sale, can they still only be run as multi-table Con' games?

They still need the minimum table number (for example 3 for Blessings), but if you can get enough people together, it does not have to be at a con.

They've always gone up for sale eventually. They're just reserved for cons when first published.
