If your ancestry already had darkvision I'm afraid you'll have to make do with being Cosmic and getting a really good fly speed that gets even better in the Drift.

And a 2/day line attack. These "you also have darkvision, if you're the kind of sap you needs it" level 17 "you're an outsider, Harry" abilities never offer a consolation prize because they're just a tiny part of the ability. It's a non issue for many ancestries, and for them it's just saving on a piece of gear or a spell that previously covered this.
