Oh, I definitely agree we will see Aubrey Plaza as Lady Death again. On that factor, I just can't imagine them producing a title where there will be time, actor availability, and executive interest to explore in-depth a quaint romantic tale about a witch, a psychopomp, and a Sapphic tryst amid horrific murders. Much as I would like there to be, obviously, because that sounds like the best thing ever. :)

I don't give Feige that much credit anymore though. He let Secret Invasion happen. Amid some other things I'm not going to bother to list. Well, perhaps it's fairer to say... I think he is unfairly put on a pedestal as some infallible god of movie production. I think he is a smart, nerdy human who has helped--helped--create and flesh out amazing IP. He is also a fallible human and not every call he makes is good.

Today's news has it that Disney submitted Agatha All Along in the comedy series category, not the limited series category. That suggests another season. So that could be where things pick up next for Agatha, Billy, and Lady Death in the hunt for Tommy.

Hi!

Watched the series over the weekend. Good fun.

Regarding easter eggs:

:
When Billy returns to his bedroom in episode 8 and sees the posters etc in his room, is that a reference to The Usual Suspects?

Thomas, have you made a deal with Mephisto yourself, and now have to promote him? :)

I mean he's got a claim... sure. But he's not the only one...

** spoiler omitted **

I think it's reasonable to assume that film inspired some of how that moment was shot.

Fridge thought:

Billy subconsciously manifested the road. While the trials were frightening and cruel, he nonetheless created the road as a way of allowing the participants to fulfill their wishes. Jen to be unbound, Alice to be freed from the curse, etc.

Sharon Davis in the first trial declared, "I want to die in this kitchen!"

This was the only wish Billy knew she had.

And so she died in that kitchen.
