I'm wanting to add some politics to Runeforge so its a little more than a "clear the dungeon" quest and am drawing blanks for some of the factions. I thought I'd ask to see if anyone had any suggestions.
This is what I have so far:
Gluttony:
A) Allied with Ordikon of Greed and they are planning an assault on Sloth, who is too lazy to make any alliance.
B) Is willing to give the PCs [blank] in return for Jordimandus’ spellbook.

Greed:
A) Allied with Azaven of Gluttony.
B) Will not treat with the PCs (possibly can sense that his Runelord is close to returning.)

Lust:
A) Allied with the clones of Pride.

Pride:
A) The clones are allied with Lust.

Sloth:
A) No alliances, has been fighting off incursions from Gluttony and Greed.
B) Is willing to give the PCs the secrets to Runeforged weapons in exchange for defeating Greed and Gluttony and letting him return to his rest.

A) Is being negotiated with by a representative of Lamashtu, a great brute of a Shemazian Demon (who starts off invisible.)
B) Athroxis is in a rage over the PCs decimating her forces, but is willing to forgive that and help the PCs against any other faction in exchange for the secrets of runeforge weapons from Jordimanus' spellbook.
