The problem isn't really a big deal for people that do their own sheets, just write in the correct feat. The problem is with those of us that use character tools, like Demiplane or Pathbuilder, because they won't change the tool unless a Paizo dev acknowledges the error. Not sure how PFS handles things like this.

This isn't an error.
Close Ties is a background where your PC is closely tied to a successful and notable PC in town and growing up in their shadow allowed their artisan skills to rub off on you, hence giving you Specialty Crafting (based on whatever sort of business that NPC was engaged in) as reflects the trade secrets and crafting shortcuts your mentor shared with you. Close Ties is a Charisma/Intelligence background, so if you want to lean in to Crafting, you might prefer to choose Intelligence as your required option for that background's boost and then train up in Crafting.
Southbank Traditionalist is a background where your PC is deeply invested in the town's history and traditions, and more importantly in sharing and spreading that information to others in town via stories and anecdotes via an oral tradition to help uphold these traditions. This eagerness to chat up locals and share stories has given you a lot of practice at talking with locals, and the Hobnobber feat reflects this by making it more efficient and quicker for you to Gather Information. Southbank Traditionalist is a Charisma/Constitution background (not a particularly Intelligence-based background), so if you want to lean in to the bonuses you get from Hobnobber you'll want to take the Charisma option and train up in Diplomacy.
