Not sure myself as I'm not 100% sure I'll get to be a player instead of the GM for this.
Honestly have to brush up on the Mech mechanics then work from there I think.

Well having single player mechs has me changing what I was thinking for my class. Always thought it was the big party Mech thing, but this should be fun as well me thinks!!
1 Player has an Operative staked out and for some reason I keep being drawn to an Envoy, of all things, at the moment

Envoys would be a lot of fun in this AP - from interacting with NPCs ( a must in this one) to bolstering your friends in mech combat.. solid gold

TBH, I've had four concepts pretty much ready to go for a while:
1) Damai (Cerebral), Paranormal Investigator theme, Precog (Memory Echoes); uses a sniper rifle outside their mech
2) Ikeshti, Opportunist theme, Enhanced Envoy (Tech Whisperer; Fixer archetype); hacker (to include the social engineering aspect)
3) Suli, Giantblood theme, Enhanced Solarian (Electrical Attunement); obviously inspired by Thor, but red-skinned Akiton heritage
4) Ysoki, Outlaw theme, Evolutionist (Mechanized); yes, I know Mechanized is not the "optimal" niche but I wanted a "stainless steel rat"
I'm planning a Damai operative(sniper), but focused on being a master of as many skills as possible more than the combat side of things. Sees himself as a scholar first and a soldier second and wants to research the colossi.

Starting session 1 in half an hour!!
Crew load out is
1.Envoy 2 / Soldier 1 (Me)
2. Solarian
3. Operative
4. Mechanic
5. Soldier
No clue on Races yet as the characters will all meet in session 1.
Can't wait to see how this turns out!!
