Hello everyone,
I have a few questions regarding the best way to handle issues I discover with chronicles, and couls use some advice.
1) If I discover there was an issue with reporting, should I reach out to the GM/Venture Agent responsible for reporting first, or contact paizo OP directly first?
2) How public are Player numbers? I was contacted by a player from a convention who had a reporting issue that might be related to a typo in his player number, but the only way I can figure out how to respond to him over Tabletop Events would be to message everyone who participated, and I want to be sure that listing the player numbers of each participant to double check their accuracy would not be a breach of etiquette of some kind.

I probably wouldn't go around listing the player numbers of each participant, as that seems to be more information shared than is necessary. If a single player reports that they may have a typo / their game wasn't reported, I'd probably give them my email/discord info/some other way of contact (if the only current option is a public board) and then move on from there.
Sounds like it should be relatively simple to: Figure out who their GM is, and then check what the GM has reported for the game, and see if you can narrow down the issue from there.

Thanks for the help. I tracked down the problem- The session was missing a date, so the system puts it as your very first session played, which for this player was 10 pages back. I'll try to get the VC who ran the event to fix it eventually, but I know he's swamped right now. After letting the players know, the player in question found the scenario. Looks like the other players are good too.
