Hi, I was shipped the wrong books in my order 4 weeks ago and opened up a ticket with Paizo that hasn't had a response since then. I don't know where else to reach out but I got the DM Core Pocket when I ordered the Player Core Pocket through the paizo website. I submitted a ticket with pictures and I never got a response. It's been 4 weeks and I don't know what to do at this point.

I'd start a new ticket. Apparently CS is running a couple weeks behind, but it sounds like they've overlooked yours.
Be sure you put an informative subject line for your email.
"Wrong Book Shipped, Need Correct Book"
then give full details of your order and (if you have it) the ticket number of your previous ticket.

Edit: huh I used the link and they got back to me within 20 minutes. This is after having an. Email out with CS since March 13th.

I swore he stated somewhere that the email process was jammed, but that could be conflation with a problem at my job LOL Glad you got some relief, though!

Sorry about getting back after so long. They finally contacted me tonight, got the correct book shipped to me, but I had trouble with the support website as they kept telling me my password was wrong or I didn't have permission to log into it. Thank you to those who responded. I did read it, they are shipping the correct book with expedited shipping and the inncorrect book became a good gift for my DM.
