How do I complete reporting?

Me Sessions listing had three games that I hosted marked as "Reporting Completed: No."

How do I change that to "Reporting Completed: Yes," and what exactly does that entail?

Reporting Completed means the Event that they were part of is now closed.

To do so, go to the GM/Event Coordinator tab of the MyAccount:Organized Play page.

Click Edit on the event, then on Description click edit again.

Then on the description page click Reprting is completed for this event.
And Save Changes.

Then the event will no longer show up on your GM/Event Coordinator page and the sessions will display as Reporting Completed: Yes.

There is no other meaning or function here.

Its a feature to hide events that you no longer plan to report new sessions to. Ie if you were hosting a convention, after all sessions have been reported, and a couple weeks have gone by for any quickly noticed errors, you can hide it so you don't get confused/report against it by accident for next year's version of the event.

Same if you have one event per venue you run at; or if you cycle event codes every year for larger lodges.

A lot of time if your running a single event "So and So's Home Games" you might never need to use that feature. Its purely a QoL feature for managing the default list of events you see.

Can you unhide them if say, a player contacts you a year down the line with an error that needs correcting?

There's a button to "Show Completely Reported Events"

from there you could go edit things, and I suspect uncheck the reporting is completed box as well if desired, although I haven't tried the later.
