Three characters have Outflank, how many free attacks proc off a crit

Rules Questions

Hey guys, If three characters have outflank and are all in position, if one of them crits, do the other two each get a free attack?

Looks like yes. For future reference, please post the relevant rules text that you are requesting clarification on when you post your initial question.

Outflank (Combat, Teamwork)

You look for every edge when flanking an enemy.
Prerequisite: Base attack bonus +4.
Benefit: Whenever you and an ally who also has this feat are flanking the same creature, your flanking bonus on attack rolls increases to +4. In addition, whenever you score a critical hit against the flanked creature, it provokes an attack of opportunity from your ally.

It would need to be at least a large size creature to get three PC's flanking, with two on one side and one on the other. The two free attacks would only happen if the on PC on the side by himself scored the critical hit. (Because the two who are on the same side are not "you and an ally ... flanking the same creature".)

How does this function with the Solo Tactics of the Inquisitor?

How we play it (kinda RAW, but RAI, we believe):

If the inquisitor is flanking with another PC, the inquisitor gets a +4, while the other PC gets the normal +2. If the other PC scores a crit, the Inquisitor gets an AOO; if the inquisitor scores a crit, the other PC does not. This way it is the inquisitor, who has the feat, that is getting both sides of the benefit.

(We treat it as if the last line line said, "In addition, whenever your ally scores a critical hit against the flanked creature, it provokes an attack of opportunity from you." This is functionally equivalent when both flankers have the feat.)
