I'd like to compile a small rotation of Society adventures to have on hand that are considered 'the best' for onboarding potential players that are new to TTRPGs, new to PF2 rules, or new to the setting.
I think the traits I'd be looking for are:
-short: can be usually run in 2-3 hours max if the GM is prepared
-straightforward: does not overwhelm the players with sidequests or changes-of-direction
-does a good job of introducing the basic procedures of TTRPGs and the basic rules of PF2E
-provides 2-3 combats that introduce and then challenge the players a bit
-Provides an interesting taste of the world of Golarion without getting too in the weeds
But happy to hear recommendations on other aspects you've found that are ideal introductions and have gotten people excited about returning.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

In the time frame allotted, you're probably going to be looking at bounties and quests. Full scenarios take longer.
I'm partial to Quest #1. I've run it many times and find it lets me introduce all the basic concepts. However, it only has one fight.
The new quest #15 fits the timeline and the quantity of combats you want. But I think it could be more challenging to new players.
Those are my first two thoughts anyway.

No quests on there, but some can go fast.
