The idea is to use vital strike for big hits, cleave the mooks, and use world serpent to eventually not fall prone when firing his culver in arm gun, and to represent his affinity for fighting outsiders and monsters. Quick draw covers his dagger use, deadly aim helps hit hard; the option for ranged feats is limited due to the focus on melee. Any thoughts?
I know the typical build uses titan fighter/mauler, but it didn’t appeal. Urban barbarian lends some flexibility, and the crowd control ability seems apt given his propensity for fighting crowds; invulnerable to represent his tenacity.

i might have traded the fighter levels for slayer. go for racial heritage(ogre) and savage critical.
studied target is very much in character and adding sneak attack damage via vital strike from savage critical make his swing that much deadlier.

well...i use this build with the vestigial head feat taken twice for 50% auto will save pass, but it might be a bit out of character. (the effect might be in character, the cosmetics might not)
on the other hand Raging brute should be his 2nd name by now...
and you can take it more then once to stack rage powers and get more rage uses per day. do notice you do not gain the rage abilities bonuses\penalties, just the 'timer' it runs to use rage powers. so no higher str\con etc, but also no -2 to ac.
with enough uses you might also be able to replace his barbarian levels (unless your in it for the abilities bonus and d12 hd not just the rage powers). as a side note. the ' Guarded Life' and it's greater form rage powers seem to be in character for him.
