Inherited Wayfinder Boon and Character Specific Boons in General

I still don't seem to fully understand some aspects of Pathfinder society... So: I purchased the Inherited Wayfinder Boon for one of my characters. Now, I made a new character, but that Inherited Wayfinder boon is not available for that one. I thought that I buy boons per character, and not per player.

How can I get an inherited wayfinder with a new character? Or any boon that I already purchased for another character, for that matter?

That boon (inherited wayfinder) should be assigned to the character number you tagged for the ACP purchase. It sounds like you purchased it on one character, then expected it to be available for a new one? In general, I'd register the new character number first, then purchase any ACP boons you want to assign to it.

The Inherited Wayfinder boon doesn't appear to be available in the boon store at the moment, for some reason. I searched the boon lists for it, and only found the title in the list of boons I've purchased.

Normally, if something is a limited one-time purchase, the boon store will display an impossibly high cost rather than removing the option entirely. For example, I have one Sandswept Survivor character, so it now lists the cost as "48,000.00." IIRC, my friend who bought his one discounted shoony sees an even more astronomical cost for that boon now.

The inherited wayfinder was probably (I hope!) removed from the boon store because it's pretty redudant, as there's the boon called simply "Wayfinder" found under "Rewards purchaseable with Game Rewards - PFS(2ed) (click to expand)" - which you can purchase with any and all of your characters for free, after having played 2 sessions with the character.
