does anybody know the Mole prestige class abilities its missing a page in the dragon magazine ?
Do you mean that you're missing the single page with the contents of pages 71-72?

The information is there in my physical copy of Dragon 310: the relevant tables are on p. 71 and the long description is split between pp. 71 and 72 with the actual class features described on p. 72.
I don't have a PDF of that issue, so I have no idea of what's present in that format.
