Hello, I just wanted to clarifications on how boons work,
I asked on FB and Discord but got different answers and I figured I would check here.
For PFS 2nd organized play mentions slotting boons and I wanted to know...
How many can you slot?
How often can you use them?
Example: If someone paid 4 achievement points to get the Treasure Bundle Insurance boon. After they used it to get a missing treasure bundle then they'd have to repurchase it.
(is that correct)

The Treasure Bundle Insurance boon can be used to recover 3 bundles and it does not have to be used all in the same adventure. After marking the 3 boxes, you would need to purchase again.
The only real limit on boons is you can only have one advanced and one promotional boon. Another number of other boons can be "slotted".
Just make sure to have a copy of it with you. You can purchase the insurance if it is needed however. Honor system at that point that the player will do that after the fact.
The boons will have the needed information on when of how often they can be used.

Boons can be used during gameplay to provide their stated benefits. For example, the Treasure Bundle Insurance boon allows a character to recover a missing treasure bundle. After using a boon, it is typically expended and no longer available for use.
