Issues with ordering starfinder enhanced and getting triple charged

Hi, I just ordered starfinder enchanced yesterday, The website stopped responding But I now have 3 charges for 51.39. I still have no confirmation for ordering the book. I have tried calling, and I tried reaching out through the customer support email. What is the average turn around for actually reaching customer support.

When I have raised tickets with CS, I’ve typically had a response with a couple of working days. Note that CS is not active on the weekends, so I’m guessing you’ll see something from them early next week .
