A swarm is defined as acting a single monster. Does this mean it acts as a single foe? (re: Hunters Prey)

There are some cases where things that affect an individual instead of an unlimited group or an area don't work, but those are listed out in the Swarm rules and trait.

Hunt Prey isn't on the list.
