Pathfinder Lost Omens, Rulebook Subscriber

The initials carved onto the starknife in Graydirge Bank are said to be "VQ"...is this a reference to something I am missing? Who is VQ?

My players will definitely latch on to this detail but I have no idea to who it is referring - can someone help me out?

Based on one of the letters found in the same location, "VQ" is probably the Tax Collectors Union representative that Tylegmut was reporting to, likely Vaskish Quicktongue. Vaskish Quicktongue makes a brief appearance at the end of Chapter 3.
