I would like to build a vampire/undead hunter build but I'm not sure what I should focus on.
I know that I will be doing a wood keneticist with probably "wandering preacher" for the background, but I don't know what stats and skill I would or should pick up.
(Constitution is a given of course)
Wood keneticist because wooden stakes and vitality damage.

Well you want Dex for AC and reflex and Wisdom for religion checks to recall knowledge against undead and will (or swapping your background for undead taker or once bitten to get vampire lore or undead lore respectively and focusing on int a little more, still invest in wisdom though). You'll probably want to pick up fire at some point for solar detonation.
