Titan fighter trades weapon training and armor training but do they lose weapon training/armor training 2,3,4? And if they don’t can they still gain advanced weapon and armor training?

Yes and Yes. They don't lose weapon training in the 2,3,4. To answer your second question they can advance their weapon and Armor training. I've dont a link to more information on how titan fighter trades weapon and armour.
