Are there any schools in Golarion where kineticists can study their powers?

For example, do kineticists train at the Arcanamirium, College of Mysteries, Magaambya, Eastern Front Academy, Twilight Academy, the Endless Repository, Alabaster Academy, or Quarterfaux Archives?

Based on what I know, and briefly checked with Pathfinderwiki, Kineticists just aren't common enough to have their own learning institutions, or be well understood by universities, though I imagine they learn their arts more like a monk than an arcane caster does. You'd be more likely to find a few Kineticists scattered across the world in monasteries than in learning institutions. Kineticists are known to be a bit more common in Jalmeray, which has four element-themed temples, and in distant Tian-Xia, but are very rare in the Inner Sea. You MIGHT find a Kineticist doing some research into their powers at a university, but I don't think that's primarily how they learn. Mostly they discover they have a spontaneous connection to the elemental plane of Earth which manifests in different ways, and have to figure it out.

Not specifically kineticists but I could see Air kineticists going to Cloudspire to learn with the celestial fellowship

Those elemental temples are the Houses of Perfection, and I would be surprised if kineticists couldn't find some kind of training there, for sure.

Speaking of, I wonder how the Houses are going to change, or if they will, now that there are two new elemental sources to pull from. Also, if they do change, would Untwisting Iron remain their earth-themed house, or allow for a new earth house, Unyielding Stone maybe, and become more focused on metal?

I certainly think the efforts of setting up two new Houses of Perfection in Jalmeray, the resentment of the existing temples and disrupting the equilibrium they've worked out, could be a pretty neat plot for a one-shot. Especially if some Asuras try to throw a spanner into the works. I just led my players through a brief stint in Jalmeray where an Asura desecrated a temple, and this sounds like exactly the kind of thing they'd love to get their teeth into.
